Position Summary

Ensure staff works together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs. Inspect grooming and attire, rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning, and securing the premises. Monitor dining areas for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Complete work orders for maintenance. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Serve as a role model and uphold the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Follow all safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete safety training. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express appreciation. Communicate professionally, develop positive relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns. Ensure quality standards are met and suggest improvements for efficiency and safety. Perform visual inspections and operate equipment safely. Stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and manipulate objects up to 50 pounds. Move through confined spaces, use stairs and ramps, reach overhead and below knees, and perform other duties as assigned.
