Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Supervisor, Production Management (Management Path) to lead a production team, ensuring efficient task completion and strict adherence to processes. You will manage production activities, coordinate with departments to develop schedules, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

The new Shift Head (Supervisor) will support production settings, preparation, and effectively manage the production team to meet targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma 4 (preferably in Engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in production operations within the manufacturing industry.
• Good at spoken and written English.
