Job summary

Alcon Indonesia is seeking a Manager 1, Production Management to lead all production activities on an assigned floor and new line. You will ensure targets, quality, safety, cost, and delivery commitments while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will coordinate cross-functionally, manage the workforce, and optimize processes to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment, including managerial experiences.
• Strong English communication skills, as the role will involve reporting to the SLT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Science (Mathematics, Chemistry, etc.).
• Strong understanding of investigation tools and principles, including problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis approaches.
• Experience in planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing people.
