Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Commercial Process Analyst in Jember to strengthen channel operations, optimize back-office processes, and convert data insights into measurable business impact.

This role requires 3+ years in FMCG or public accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and accounting tools. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and driving process improvements across internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG or public accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting tools.
• Able to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive budget management and forecasting in line with corporate procedures.
• Prepare original budget, rolling forecast, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with functions on budget/cost analyses and reporting.
• Propose process improvements and tool enhancements for better efficiency.
• Support audit processes and ensure strong process control.

Impact You’ll Own

• Drive smooth, reliable, and efficient back-office operations across commercial channels.
• Strengthen channel governance, compliance, and process digitalization across internal teams and external partners.
• Improve visibility and control of contracts, KPIs, budgets, invoicing, sales trends, and operational performance.
• Enhance order management and customer support by resolving issues promptly and improving operational processes.
• Lead and develop the team through clear priorities, coaching, performance feedback, and disciplined execution.

What You’ll Do

• Conducting a professional budget management and forecasting activities in accordance with the principles and procedures of finance, process, budgeting, and budget control.
• The position holder is responsible to perform excellent reporting and manage the day-to-day activities in preparation of the original budget, Rolling Forecast, monthly monitoring and reporting/analysis.
• Liase with the respective functions on any budget/cost analysis and monitoring relating matters, as well as performing submission of financial information and reports as required by PMI and local management.
• Propose improvements of the process, methods of work, tools/systems, and contribute to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to the business requirement.
• In charge in Excellent Process Control, assist audit process both for Internal and/or External Audit.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Finance/Economics preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or Public Accounting.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting tools.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
