We are expanding our villa complex, Unit Space Village, and currently seeking a Supervisor MEP to join our growing construction team.

Job Description:

Supervise the daily on-site installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in villa construction projects.

Coordinate with finishing, structural, and MEP teams to ensure all work progresses according to schedule and meets the company's quality standards.

Perform on-site inspections to ensure proper installation and material quality.

Review and verify shop drawings, site measurements, and material specifications.

Coordinate work sequencing to avoid clashes between MEP and finishing/structural works.

Lead coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and the internal project team.

Identify and resolve issues in the field promptly.

Prepare daily reports, including work progress, challenges, and required solutions.

Monitor compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor MEP in residential or villa projects.

Strong understanding of MEP installation standards and project scheduling.

Experience supervising and coordinating with multiple site teams and subcontractors.

Familiarity with local (Bali) construction practices is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and project plans.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Willing to work on-site in Tabanan, Bali.
