Job description

- Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution centers with the highest selling network in the company.

- Leading the daily logistics operational team.

- Ensuring maximum capacity in distribution with minimum cost, delivered safely and on time to customers.

- Communicating intensively with 3PL to resolve inventory or distribution issues.

- Maintaining and monitoring stock levels and planning for replenishment.

- Tracking and managing Proof of Delivery documents.

- Reporting daily delivery cost ratio and occupancy rate.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience as a logistics supervisor, preferably in an FMCG company.

- Knowledge of cold storage and cold truck delivery is a plus.

- Confident negotiator and clear communicator.

- Proficient in ERP software.

- Willing to be based in Bekasi.
