About the Company:

Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fast-growing consumer group. Our client currently provides users with digital banking, consumer credit, digital investment and insurance brokerage services, fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze legal cases and provide sound legal opinions for litigation and customer complaint matters.
  • Ensure timely filing, tracking, and resolution of litigation cases; regularly update relevant departments and leadership.
  • Attend police summons and court proceedings representing the company when necessary.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain litigation documents for both internal and external use.
  • Support and brief internal teams and employees ahead of legal meetings or testimonies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Anti-Fraud team to enhance internal controls and fraud prevention systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation.
  • Experienced in financial services or FinTech company.
  • PERADI license is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and commercial agreements.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Agile and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple cases or assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong team spirit and initiative-driven mindset.
