Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all Human Resources & General Affairs activities to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations processes.
- Manage general affairs such as office facilities, asset management, and company events.
- Handle HR administrative tasks including payroll, attendance, BPJS, and other employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HRGA policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee issues in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA or related roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and general affairs management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
