Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all Human Resources & General Affairs activities to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations processes.
  • Manage general affairs such as office facilities, asset management, and company events.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks including payroll, attendance, BPJS, and other employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement HRGA policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee issues in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA or related roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and general affairs management.
