The financial technology company PT. Artha Permata Makmur (Cashcepat) is looking for an HR Supervisor ready to communicate with stakeholders in English, work under pressure, and work with other departments.

Role Description

  • Analysing HR needs and development according to business growth
  • Implementing and monitoring performance management systems, and ensuring HR policies are followed.
  • Responsibility to handle recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsibility to handle payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Recruitment, and KPI Appraisal.
  • Mediate and resolve employees' relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations if necessary.
  • Maintaining Database and Administrative HR.
  • Assistance in the professional development of company' talents through appraisals, training schedules, qualifications, etc.
  • Learning and development planning and management.
  • Updating the company policy and company's regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience min. 3 years experience in the same position
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies
  • Excellent communication with English and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently,
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant professional HR certification is a plus
