Responsibilities

• Examiner les documents pour le paiement.
• Préparer les rapports de trésorerie hebdomadaires.
• Maintenir la correspondance avec la Banque d'Indonésie via SIMODIS.

Job Description:

• Review documents for payment
• Schedule payments according to due dates and invoice schedules
• Prepare bank balance reports on the 15th and at the end of each month
• Maintain all correspondence from Bank Indonesia through SIMODIS
• Provide data at the beginning of each month to the bank regarding the special export account
• Communicate with the bank regarding the company’s banking transactions
• Input all company income and expenses into SAP HANA
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports
