As an Supervisor (F&B), you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across outlets, leading and coaching teams, and ensuring service standards, profitability, and operational efficiency are consistently met.
Minimum Diploma (D3)degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in F&B or retail industry
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Skilled in operational analysis, revenue growth strategies, and cost efficiency
Proactive, quick to respond to operational issues, and able to work across departments
Supervise and monitor operations across multiple F&B outlets
Lead, manage, and develop team members to ensure high performance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to boost revenue and efficiency
Maintain service standards and respond promptly to operational challenges
