Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor Engineering to manage daily operations of the Engineering Department. You will ensure projects are executed on time and within budget, and build relationships with vendors. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta or Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or position.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, SNI, and Kanban.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Computer literacy, good in English both oral & written.

PT Rinnai Indonesia is a Joint Venture Company with Head Office in West Jakarta and factory in Cikupa and Balaraja (Tangerang Regency). We are seeking for Supervisor Engineering to join our team. As a full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's engineering operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S-1) majoring in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Working experience minimal 5 years in similar function or position at medium‑scale manufacturing company
• Have an understanding about ISO 9001:2015, SNI, and Kanban
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Interpersonal skills: Leadership, team building, management sense, communication, strong analytical, decision‑making, highly motivated, results oriented, ability to work within budgets and deadline
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must, good in English both oral & written
• Preferable if domicile in West Jakarta or Tangerang Area

• Controlling daily operations of Engineering Department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization
• Contribute to project planning, implementation, and execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Oversee routine maintenance and repair activities, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal condition
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Participating in the planning and execution of maintenance activities
• Assisting in the development and implementation of engineering policies and procedures
