In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees and management, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and grievance resolution. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employee relations, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of labor laws and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key resource for employees and management on employee relations issues, including guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
