About the role

As a Supervisor Civil and Fit Out at PT. Verde Two Apartement delevop by PT Farpoint Prima (Gunung Sewu Group), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of civil engineering and fit-out projects. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil engineering and fit-out activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines

Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise

Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and policies, promoting a safe work environment

Oversee the work of subcontractors and trade teams, providing guidance and support as needed

Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures

Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management

liasing with project stakeholder including clients contractor and supliers to resolved any issue

What we're looking for

Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry

Proven track record in successfully managing civil engineering and fit-out projects, from planning to completion

Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and project management principles

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other construction documents

Familiarity with construction safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
