About the job Supermarket Supervisor (JKT/MDN)

Job Summary:

As a Supermarket Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supermarket, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments. You will lead a team of associates, manage inventory, uphold customer service standards, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the supermarket.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of supermarket associates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and order products as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain quality, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or supermarket environment, with at least [4 years] in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
