Job summary

PT Indexim Coalindo, une entreprise minière de charbon opérant à East Kutai, recherche un Superintendant Mining Contract. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie minière ou en géologie, une expérience de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire et une certification POP. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role, especially in the mining industry.
• Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead work verification of mining and non-mining operational activities.
• Manage and evaluate activities of mine survey and coal measurement.
• Monitor and control internal functions program.

Job description

PT Indexim Coalindo is a coal mining company operating in East Kutai Regency – East Kalimantan Province is looking for:

Superintendent Mining Contract

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology Engineering
• At least have 3 years of work experience in same level position as Superintendent or Assistant Manager, especially on mining industry
• Have certified on POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Experience in various aspects including mine survey, mining data analytics, management contract, and project control
• Familiar and able to operate mining software (Surpac, ArcGIS)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Excellent working speed, well organized & detail oriented
• Good communication skill in doing negotiation & presentation, also in giving judgment
• Good attitude such as proactive, strong confidence, and willingness to learn more
• Placement at East Kutai, East Kalimantan with working roster schedule

Responsibilities:

• Lead work-verification of mining and non-mining operational activities
• Build coordination with related other functions to verify mining and non-mining operational activities
• Monitor and control the whole of internal functions program.
• Manage and evaluate the activities of mine survey, joint survey also haul distance, OB, coal and quarry measurement
