Are you passionate about working with children, full of energy, and ready to create an unforgettable summer experience? Empathy School Bali is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Facilitators to join our team for an exciting 7-week camp program!
Lead and facilitate fun, creative, and engaging activities for children aged 4–12
Support a safe, inclusive, and inspiring camp environment
Collaborate with fellow facilitators and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Help nurture positive relationships and social-emotional growth among campers
Experience working with children (in school, camp, or informal settings)
Preferably located in Bali
Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Creative and enthusiastic about play-based and experiential learning
A vibrant, supportive team culture
Daily plant-based lunch during camp
