Job summary

ParagonCorp in Indonesia invites fresh graduates to join our Beauty Advisors (BA) program. You will design and implement in-store strategies to enhance shopper experience and optimize BA effectiveness in driving sales.

You will develop BA capabilities through training, translate strategies into programs aligned with shopper and brand needs, and build a team with strong brand expertise to deliver impactful shopping experiences across Sumatera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome with internship in retail operations, sales, field force, or shopper/consumer experience.
• Basic understanding of in-store execution, shopper behavior, and retail performance drivers.
• Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., project ownership, or leading small teams).
• Strong interest in managing and developing field teams (Beauty Advisors).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
• Analytical thinking to identify problems and support performance improvement.
• Creative mindset in designing activation ideas and improving shopper engagement.
• Willing to be placed in the Sumatera region (e.g. Medan, Palembang, Bangka, Bukittinggi and other cities across Sumatera).

• Translate strategies into actionable execution through strong BA management and programs aligned with shopper and brand needs.
• Drive target achievement by developing BA capabilities through training and development initiatives to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
• Build Beauty Advisors with strong brand expertise who can deliver impactful shopping experiences and inspire teams in the field.
