BINUS Group in Jakarta Pusat invites a dedicated educator to join our school team. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, managing teaching resources, and preparing materials well in advance to meet schedules.

You will support accreditation efforts, conduct assessments, keep parents updated on student progress, and contribute to library campaigns and co-curricular activities. A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in accreditation processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conducts effective and efficient teaching activities according to the schedule.
• Plans and manages resources for teaching and ensures materials are prepared one month before delivery.
• Participates in planning, implementing and documenting activities for accreditation.
• Conducts assessments according to students’ learning progress.
• Keeps parents informed of progress via emails.
• Makes reports on student learning activity.
• Campaigns the necessity of library usage for academic activities.
• Participates in professional sharing activities in school.
• Initiates class to support school values and growth.
• Manages co-curricular activities and arranges participation in competitions.

Teaching is never a job for us, it's a passion!• Conducts an effective and efficient teaching activity according to the schedule given.• Plans and manages resources for teaching and ensures materials are fully prepared one month before delivery.• Participates in the planning, implementing and document arrangement needed in order to obtain or maintain accreditation.• Conducts assessments according to students’ learning processes.• Keeps parents informed of their child’s progress through regular updates via emails.• Makes reports on progress about students’ learning activity.• Campaigns the necessity of using the library for academic activities.• Participates in the professional sharing activities in school.• Initiates class to help students grow in the school values.• Involves and manages the co-curricular activities for students.• Arranges for planning and preparations for students to join various competitions• Arranges various programmes with students as the main participants & contributors.• Management Support Activities:o Provides report/s to Direct Supervisoro Suggests improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)o Performs activities related to Quality Management Systemo Performs additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement:• Minimum holder Bachelor ‘s Degree (S1)Work Exposure/ Experience:• Minimum 2 years working experience
