Binus University International is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join our dynamic team. You will plan and deliver lessons, prepare substitutions when needed, and help enhance the curriculum with innovative approaches.

You will assess students, report progress, and communicate with parents. English will be used in daily school life, and you will participate in accreditation activities and cocurricular oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required for teaching roles.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
• Ability to communicate in English within a school environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan teaching materials according to schedule.
• Prepare substitutions when needed.
• Improve curriculum delivery through innovation.
• Manage resources and ensure materials are ready one month before delivery.
• Contribute to accreditation planning and documentation.
• Conduct student assessments and report progress.
• Prepare reports for parents and address inquiries promptly.
• Promote library use for academic activities.
• Ensure uniform rules are followed and participate in school activities.
• Participate in professional sharing and collaborations.
• Engage with students using English in daily school life.
• Lead programs supporting SEL and six pillars for student growth.
• Coordinate cocurricular activities and student participation.
• Plan and prepare for students' competition participation.
• Communicate status of teaching progress to parents when needed.
• Suggest improvements to teaching activities and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Teaching excellence

• Planning teaching material according to schedule given.
• Prepare teaching substitution when needed.
• Consult with coordinators / grade level head to improve curriculum and its delivery through innovation.
• Plans and manage resources for teaching and ensure materials are fully prepared one month before delivery.
• Participates in the planning, implementing and document arrangement needed in order to obtain or maintain accreditation.

Classroom excellence

• Conduct assessment to the student’s learning process.
• Deliver the request from parents in preparing occasional reports regarding certain students.
• Makes reports on progress about the children learning activity.
• Campaign the necessity of using library for academic activity.
• Regularly notified uniform code and valid rules in the school
• Participate in the professional sharing activity in the school area.
• Communicate frequently using English in the school environment.

Development of six pillars and SEL

• Initiates class or division based programs to help students grow in SEL and six pillars.
• Participate in various projects regarding the six pillars value.
• Involved and manage the co-curricular activities for students.

Student centric participation development

• Arrange various programs with students as the main participants & contributor.
• Arrange planning and preparations for students to attend various competitions.

Other duties

• Communicates with parents regarding the status of teaching progress as well as specific students when needed.
• Suggest improvement process related to teaching activities.Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Education Requirement

• Minimum holder Bachelor ‘s Degree (S1)
