Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.

• Conducts effective and efficient teaching according to the schedule.
• Plans and manages teaching resources; ensures materials are prepared one month before delivery.
• Participates in planning, implementing and documenting activities for accreditation.
• Performs student assessments aligned with learning processes.
• Keeps parents informed of student progress via regular updates.
• Produces reports on student learning progress.
• Promotes library usage for academic activities.
• Participates in professional sharing within the school.
• Leads class initiatives to foster school values.
• Manages co-curricular activities and preparations for competitions.
• Organises programmes with students as main participants and contributors.
• Provides planning for student participation in various competitions.

• Conducts an effective and efficient teaching activity according to the schedule given.
• Plans and manages resources for teaching and ensures materials are fully prepared one month before delivery.
• Participates in the planning, implementing and document arrangement needed in order to obtain or maintain accreditation.
• Conducts assessments according to students’ learning processes.
• Keeps parents informed of their child’s progress through regular updates via emails.
• Makes reports on progress about students’ learning activity.
• Campaigns the necessity of using the library for academic activities.
• Participates in the professional sharing activities in school.
• Initiates class to help students grow in the school values.
• Involves and manages the co-curricular activities for students.
• Arranges for planning and preparations for students to join various competitions
• Arranges various programmes with students as the main participants & contributors.

Management Support Activities:

• Provides report/s to Direct Supervisor
• Suggests improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Performs activities related to Quality Management System
• Performs additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum holder Bachelor ‘s Degree (S1)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience
