Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.

Passionately convey the brand’s heritage and vision to clients, representing its values authentically.

Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with health & safety standards.

Explain to the customer in-store and after-sales services, pricing and timing of all services available.
