Job summary

Victory Consultancy Pty Ltd is expanding to Jakarta and seeking an Education Counsellor to support Indonesian students seeking study opportunities abroad. You will assist clients, guide college selection and application, and participate in education seminars.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years’ experience in international education counseling, strong English, Canva design skills, and a team‑oriented, eager‑to‑learn attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Australian/International education consultant.
• Familiar with the enrollment process and Australian study options.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Design skills with Canva or similar tools.
• Honest, team-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet standard student targets per year and assist with administrative tasks.
• Assist clients and/or potential clients based on their needs.
• Guide college selection and application for study abroad.
• Participate in education seminars/exhibitions to promote Victory Consultancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools and vocational schools in Indonesia.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
