You keep daily operations running smooth, from classes and café to reception and events. You coach the crew, manage suppliers, track sales, and solve problems fast. You bring 3+ years of leadership, sharp communication, and event planning experience. You lead with heart, elevate every detail, and hold the BareHeat standard high always.
