  • Interact with students or other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services
  • Ensure effective and prompt response to customer inquiries
  • Ensure effective customer complaints handling process
  • Provide valid and accurate students operational data
  • Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service area
  • Having knowledge and familiar with Customer Service Process/Operation Services/Contact Center/Customer Care/Service Monitoring
