As part of our commitment to deliver education to students around the world, in 2024 Navitas joined with Deakin University (AU) and Lancaster University (UK) in an innovative partnership to manage and operate a new joint higher education campus in Indonesia.

Bringing together a reputation for world-leading education and research, and extensive experience in international education, the Deakin University Lancaster University Indonesia campus will deliver high-quality, affordable educational opportunities to Indonesian and international students. It will also support the education, research, and human capital priorities of the Indonesian Government and enhance Indonesia’s reputation as an international education destination.

The campus will open in September 2025 in Bandung, West Java, offering five dual degree undergraduate programs in Business and Information Technology, along with a one-year preparatory program as a pathway to these degrees.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director of Student Recruitment, Marketing, and Admissions, the Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) will be a key member of the campus recruitment team. The SRM will drive recruitment growth, develop new domestic and international partnerships, and promote the Deakin-Lancaster Indonesia brand. Responsibilities include agent training, lead generation, student conversion, and addressing queries from students, parents, and agents.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in achieving sales targets within Indonesia's higher education sector, along with experience in marketing, network leverage, stakeholder engagement, and CRM tools. Fluency in English and Bahasa is required.
