We are of the prominent foreign language schools in Jakarta, specializes in teaching Chinese language and culture. General Requirements for all position:

1. University graduated ( Diploma / Bachelor / Master degree )

2. Passionate about education and children.

3. Service-oriented, friendly, proactive, creative, and communicative.

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team.

6. Excellent communication skills (English and/or Chinese preferred for most roles).

7. Strong & Energetic personality male/female with a pleasant appearance.

8. Preferred experience in customer service, education, banking, hospitality, or other service industries.

Specific Requirements for Student Care:

Open to fresh graduates (no experience required) and or min. 1 year experienced as Customer Service

Excellent communication skills with the team, students, and parents

Able to support student and parent needs (Customer Service oriented).

Capable to writing report and providing feedback to families.

Excellent communication skill in bahasa Indonesia as well in English.

Effective and efficient time management and organization skills.
