Responsible to guarantee effective Counseling Service, Program Development and Student Organization implementation to obtain high quality students in Academic and Employability Skills in BINUS @Bandung Campus

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Student Development, Counseling, or a related discipline (preferred)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in student counseling, career development, or related fields within an academic setting.
• Experience in program development and event coordination
• Experience in supporting and mentoring student organizations or clubs (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Counseling and mentoring abilities, with a student-centered approach
• Ability to design and implement programs and workshops that enhance academic and employability skills
