Job Descriptions

  • Helping students to develop a growth-mindset and supportive cultur
  • Drive adoption of product usage, features, and maintain a strong relationship with customer
  • Delighting customer in end-to-end product experience especially in a context of a learning experience (onboarding, learning, consultation & off-boarding)
  • Be the voice of customer, and consolidate feedback from customer to gather insight & recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to align with the business goal
  • Work closely with cross-functional team (product, biz ops, sales & service) to deliver the best learning experience to customer
  • Proactive approach in sharing information related to learning experience to customer via chat/groupchat/con-call

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Good logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
  • Having an interest in education, user service experience to serve customer
  • Self-starter, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in face-pace environment, multitasking & prioritizing
  • Familiar with Google Suite tools (docs, spreadsheet, etc)
