Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.

Job Descriptions

• Helping students to develop a growth-mindset and supportive culture.
• Drive adoption of product usage, features, and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
• Delighting customers in end-to-end product experience especially in a context of a learning experience (onboarding, learning, consultation & off-boarding).
• Be the voice of the customer, and consolidate feedback from customers to gather insight & recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to align with the business goal.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, biz ops, sales & service) to deliver the best learning experience to customers.
• Proactive approach in sharing information related to learning experience to customers via chat/group chat/con-call.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Good logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
• Having an interest in education, user service experience to serve customers.
• Self-starter, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking & prioritizing.
• Familiar with Google Suite tools (docs, spreadsheet, etc).
