Responsibilities

• Engage & Convert Leads – Handle inbound chats and messages from potential students and parents, understanding their needs and persuading them to book consultations.
• Sell the Value – Clearly communicate why Indies is the best choice for study abroad guidance, addressing concerns and overcoming objections to drive commitment.
• Close & Hit Targets – Your performance is measured by consultation bookings and revenue generated—this is a sales role, not just a support role.
• Leverage Study Abroad Expertise – Provide basic but accurate guidance on university selection, scholarships, visas, and applications to build credibility and trust.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Acquisition – Prior experience in admissions counseling, study abroad agencies, or high-ticket sales is a plus.
• Sales-Driven Mentality – You are highly motivated by targets and commissions, with a strong ability to persuade and influence potential students.
• Understanding of Study Abroad Processes – You have a solid grasp of university applications, scholarships, visa requirements, and study destinations.
• Exceptional Communication Skills – You know how to engage potential customers, build urgency, and close deals effectively.
• Resilient & Proactive – You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them. Handling objections and following up comes naturally to you.
