• Keeping up to date and abreast of our students' progress to pass on relevant information to the Academic Teams and take necessary actions
• Engaging students and motivating them on every occasion, as well as taking care of prospects to help support the sales activity
• Supporting our students' progress by providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, and feedback

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive, business-driven, and service-minded
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize workload for the team to optimize efficiency
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
