Job Description
- Design customized financial solutions based on market assessments, profitability analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk evaluation to support business development efforts focused on fee-based income.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the organization, secure necessary approvals from the Executive Committee, and engage with external stakeholders to ensure product viability and market alignment.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the other financial institutions & development agencies
- Assist in product promotion, sales, and post-sale management of fee-based projects to strengthen client relationships.
- Work with Business Development teams to prepare structuring proposals, Project Initial Documents in line with strategic investment policies.
- Lead the development and presentation of new products/services to support sales efforts and drive commercialization.
- Oversee investment-related initiatives such as Pricing Guidelines, Credit Memo Templates, and Profitability Calculations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Investment Directorate.
- Ensure adherence to Good Corporate Governance (GCG), risk management principles, and compliance frameworks within the department.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, securities, or private equity firms.
- Structured and/or Project Finance experiences
- Business development & Good communication skills
