Our respected client is seeking a highly skilled Structure Design Engineer Manager with proven experience in steel building design, particularly in industrial projects such as factories and warehouses. The position is based in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or review structural design drawings and strength calculations for steel buildings.
• Prepare and/or review project Bill of Material (BoM) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of steel structure design drawings, particularly for industrial facilities such as factories and warehouses.
• Provide structural load calculations and other necessary technical clarifications for project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and design optimization.
• Conduct site visits as required for structural evaluation and project alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred, aged between 30-40 years.
• Must reside in the Jabodetabek area.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering (other majors will not be considered).
• At least 6 years of experience in structural design engineering within the steel construction sector.
• Proficient in structural design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Tekla, and SAP2000.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical skills in structural calculation and evaluation of steel building strength.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for project site visits and evaluations.
