Job description

Strategic Sales Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals, including market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and creating sales forecasts.

Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for structured cabling products.

Relationship Management: Understand structure cable business model in Indonesia, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners/reseller/installer

Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and managing a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting for new clients, partner and expanding into new markets. Mastering the commercial policy and business flow both project and channeling

Contract Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sale with clients and partners.

Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of structured cabling products, technologies, and market trends.

Sales Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and post-sales support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Experience:Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales, particularly in the structured cabling or related industries.
