Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Lead analytical efforts supporting our business teams in an unstructured environment to identify insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Lead and handle special projects and new initiatives in various areas by planning, implementing, setting goals/KPIs, and tracking progress.
  • Oversee strategic planning processes to ensure realistic and achievable goals.
  • Create a robust strategy to accelerate business growth, offering an executable approach for acquiring new customers beyond the current Evermos scope or existing core customers.
  • Conduct P&L target setting, planning, and execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day core-business achievements.
  • Maintain healthy financial and operational aspects of the business.
  • Sustain team performance and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Take responsibility for team development, including skill and personal growth.

Job Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
