Job Description

  • Lead the execution of hyper-focused marketing campaigns for local markets, encompassing the entire lifecycle from planning to deployment and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • This requires upfront research and fostering partnerships with local stakeholders, integrating external partners when necessary, throughout the planning and implementation phases.
  • Strategically utilize product offerings (events, revenue-generating content) to minimize marketing channel costs.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the marketing funnel, remaining agile and adapting strategies on-the-fly to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain a close dialogue with key stakeholders.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive user adoption and active use of the payment channel product.
  • Segment target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns to connect with them effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into industry trends, user needs, and competitor actions.
  • Leverage campaign performance data and user feedback to refine strategies and tactics for optimal results.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm or strategic planning functions
  • Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
  • Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
