Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of weekly cadences, providing timely, accurate information and monitoring campaign performance to support data-driven decision making.
  • Lead user growth project implementation and market expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare launch plans, manage execution, propose operational workflows for cross-functional processes, and develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking post-launch.
  • Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analyses that lead to actionable insights supporting the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in workstreams such as E-commerce, Logistics, Management Consulting, Project Management, or Startups.
  • Experience in user acquisition and customer lifecycle management is a plus.
  • Strong operational and project management skills, including managing projects end-to-end and handling mid-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and build cross-team relationships.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
