A leading company in digital marketing seeks a Manager for Strategic Planning and Campaign Development. The role involves leading end-to-end strategies, managing team dynamics, and driving innovative marketing solutions. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in digital media and influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
● Lead the development of end-to-end digital, influencer, and social media strategies that align with client business objectives and target audience behavior.
● Use market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to create data-driven, measurable strategies with clear KPIs.
● Partner with internal teams (creative and account) to ensure strategy coherence across all campaign touchpoints.
● Develop strategic roadmaps and communication frameworks for brand positioning, campaign planning, and influencer content directions.
● Own the creation of compelling presentations and strategic proposals for client meetings, reviews, and pitches.
2. Digital Media & Influencer Campaign Management
● Develop, execute and oversee media planning across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc), ensuring optimal channel mix, budget allocation, and performance alignment.
● Collaborate with the account team to match the right creators to campaign strategy, ensuring authentic messaging and measurable impact.
● Monitor campaign performance in real-time and guide optimization decisions with agility and
strategic insight.
● Ensure integration of influencer content within digital media plans for maximum synergy and ROI.
3. Insight & Performance Analysis
● Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
● Lead post-campaign reporting and strategic evaluations, drawing learnings that feed into future planning cycles.
4. Team Leadership & Development
● Mentor strategist executives by setting high strategic standards and fostering a culture of insight-driven thinking.
● Support team capacity planning, workflow prioritization, and professional development through regular coaching and feedback.
● Contribute to the upskilling of cross-functional teams by sharing best practices, emerging trends, and new tools/platform capabilities.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in Digital Marketing/Digital Strategy/Brand Activation/Influencer Marketing ;
proven experience in managerial position.
● In-depth knowledge of agency workflows, project performance metrics, and client business priorities.
● Demonstrate expertise in media planning and buying, with the ability to create and execute full-funnel strategies across digital and social platforms.
● Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), including planning, monitoring and optimizing campaigns for efficiency and ROI.
● Solid understanding of consumer behavior, best practices in social media and able to combine strategic and creative thinking, capable of developing innovative, audience-focused strategies.
● Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa and English, with the ability to deliver ideas clearly and persuasively.
● Excellent project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
● Proficient in AI tools, social listening and analytics tools, Google Workspace, and familiar with
project management tools like Trello.
