OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Partnership Strategy Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing costs. This role requires expertise in partner strategy, financial management, and team leadership to enhance partner engagement and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial structures, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement partnership expansion and retention strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Partner Managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct financial assessments, optimized cost structures, and enhanced profitability through innovative strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of financial and incentive plans that align with business growth objectives.
  • Foster innovation through customized solutions and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key growth opportunities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead negotiations with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and long-term collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic partner management.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L, pricing models, and cost structures.
  • Good understanding of financials and experience in creating financial and incentive plans to drive profitability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to influence key stakeholders.
  • Consulting or financing industry experience preferred, with a track record of successful partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
