Strategy Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant, you will support project execution, collaborate with senior consultants, and contribute to delivering high-impact business solutions. You will engage with diverse industries, tackling complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead your own workstream, prepare materials, and facilitate client meetings and presentations.
2. Conduct research and analysis to support project execution.
3. Assist in designing business cases and developing actionable recommendations.
4. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
5. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting or operations consulting.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
5. Experience in digital transformation or technology-focused projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to results.
3. Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, primarily in Indonesia.
