Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL or basic querying skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end manpower strategies across recruitment, productivity, and exit management
• Build and optimize social media strategies across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement and growth
• Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, craft solutions, and track performance through data-driven insights
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to lead strategic projects from ideation to implementation
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or a strategic role within a high-growth environment
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or creative or marketing agency is a strong plus
• Solid data analysis skills, including the ability to draw insights from large datasets
• Familiarity with SQL or basic querying skills to support decision-making
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities and project management skills to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
