Blue Bird Group is seeking a senior Treasury Leader to oversee treasury operations, manage local bank relationships, and deliver timely results across the entity.

You will coach a treasury team, improve processes, monitor covenants, and optimize liquidity and cash forecasting for multi-entity operations.

English communication for reporting to banks and stakeholders is required; banking compliance and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Treasury/Cash Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of bank products.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and treasury/cash management tools, strong Excel skills.
• Preferably from a retail company.
• Experience with loan & Covenant management is a plus.
• Proven experience in cash flow planning and liquidity management for multi-entity/group companies.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken for bank communication, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for treasury operation & ensure timely delivery of results.
• Manage & coordinate all local banks relationship, including establishment of local bank facilities per company instruction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the treasury team to ensure strong capability and backup for key functions.
• Maintain positive communication with stakeholders & ensure all operational issues are addressed.
• Review & monitor all lending covenants.
• Reduce idle liquidity on bank accounts.
• High quality & accurate cash forecast.
• Oversee process improvements in treasury area.
• Ensure timely execution of treasury activities.
