Job summary

PT SERATUS EMPAT HUB is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to manage comprehensive tax compliance and reporting for the group in Indonesia. You will perform routine tax calculations, handle monthly PPh Masa/Bulanan obligations, and administer annual corporate and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires coordinating with accounting and finance teams, managing e-Invoice systems, and providing tax analysis and consultation on transactions and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Experience in taxation field is required.
• Proficiency in monthly tax obligations (PPh Masa/Bulanan) and annual tax returns.
• Understanding of annual tax returns for both corporate and individual entities.
• Understanding and ability to manage withholding tax documentation.
• Experience using e-Invoice, DJP Online/Coretax, or related tax systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of tax administration and documentation.
• Ability to perform tax calculations, reconciliation, and verification of tax obligations.
• Analytical capability for tax consultation and problem resolution, including matters related to company transactions and projects.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine company tax calculations and reporting.
• Handle monthly tax obligations (PPh Masa/Bulanan) in accordance with company requirements.
• Manage annual tax returns for both corporate and individual entities.
• Administer and report withholding tax (PPh/Bukti Potong).
• Manage e-Invoice and related tax administration.
• Reconcile transaction data with tax data.
• Ensure tax documents and administration are well-organized.
• Monitor tax compliance and deadline obligations.
• Provide tax analysis and consultation on company transactions, contracts, and projects.
• Identify potential tax risks and provide resolution recommendations.
