Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking Management Consulting professionals specializing in supply chain and operations. You will help clients design and implement end-to-end supply chain and transformation programs, collaborating across strategy, technology and operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in consulting, deep expertise across planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, and strong communication with stakeholders. An MBA or certifications such as APICS/CSCP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in a consulting role, focusing on supply chain and operations.
• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operational transformation.
• Experience with digital supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a global consulting firm or industry leadership role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess, design, and implement supply chain and operations strategies.
• Lead or support engagements in areas such as supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across strategy, technology, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
