Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager based in Indonesia to establish and run the company’s Logistics and Supply Chain Department. You will oversee procurement coordination, raw material movement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution across seafood processing and export operations.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant logistics experience, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of international shipping and cost-efficient logistics systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience in manufacturing, seafood processing, food production, FMCG, or export-oriented industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Logistics and Supply Chain Department, including organizational structure and procedures.
• Develop and implement an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with production and business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations: inbound transportation, warehousing, inventory, outbound distribution, and export shipments.
• Manage freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
