  Lead contract and pricing negotiations to secure optimal terms, mitigate risks, and maximize long-term value across supplier networks.

  Manage full-cycle procurement and sourcing activities in Southeast Asia, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business priorities.
• 
  
  Align supplier capabilities with operational, financial, engineering, and R&D requirements to support evolving business needs.
• 
  
  Execute regional and global sourcing strategies that enhance cost control, supplier performance, and material/service quality.
• 
  
  Identify skill gaps within the procurement team and implement targeted training and development programs.
• 
  
  Ensure training initiatives are delivered on schedule and drive measurable improvements in team capability.

  Monitor team performance by setting clear expectations, tracking KPIs, and ensuring contribution to overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  Brings 12+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management-preferably within the manufacturing, oil & gas, or metals sectors.

  Skilled in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and executing cost-reduction initiatives.
• 
  
  Experienced in global sourcing, supplier risk control, and driving sustainability-focused programs.
• 
  
  Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in leading and developing effective, high-performing teams.
