Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an procurement-oriented professional to handle supplier code verifications, material code checks, and supplier management. You will negotiate terms, audit suppliers, and manage sourcing across multiple business units.

Key duties include preparing conference materials, updating weekly/monthly reports, and supporting factory service to meet demand. Internal training for seed instructors is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication using English.
• Has over 1 year related experience.
• Excellent skills in verbal communication.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers, negotiate favorable pricing, and secure long-term terms.
• Spend data analysis.
• Cross-functional coordination with various internal departments and external vendors

Responsibilities

• MDA supplier code verification.
• AMS material code verification.
• Supplier management, negotiation, audit, and sourcing.
• Conference meeting preparation (PPT) and meeting management.
• Report update and creation (Weekly and Monthly reports).
• Factory service (achieving demand from each business unit).
• Internal training of seed instructors for the business unit.
