Job summary

INEOS is looking for a Site Procurement Manager for the Merak Site in Jakarta. This role is accountable for overall procurement delivery, requiring at least 8 years of experience in procurement and a minimum of 3 years in a management position. The successful candidate will lead the procurement team while ensuring compliance with processes and liaising with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Fluent English communication skills are essential, alongside relevant experience with procurement functions and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement and manufacturing procurement, preferably in the chemical industry.
• At least 3 years in a management position.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall procurement delivery at the Merak Site, Jakarta.
• Lead and manage the procurement team, coaching to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, including Codes of Conduct.
