Job summary

Vidio in Jakarta is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead security operations initiatives across the company, ensuring infrastructure and development processes stay secure and compliant.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in IT project management, solid Agile/Scrum practice, and hands-on experience with security tools (EDR/MDM, SIEM) and ISO 27001. You will collaborate across product, infrastructure, and process teams to deliver high-impact security and technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT Project Management or software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools (Jira/Asana).
• Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, Cloud, and SDLC.
• Familiarity with information security principles (SIEM, ISO 27001) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles (planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and success metrics of security initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules for corporate security projects.
• Oversee Security Infrastructure & Operations and enforcement of endpoint security policies.
• Implement and monitor SIEM platforms to detect and mitigate threats.
